The Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault is committed to expanding and supporting prevention efforts across Alaska.
ANDVSA provides:
Cross-sector Prevention Training
Provides training for professionals in education/health/enforcement/ youth workers on healthy relationship and violence prevention.
ANDVSA organizes training for the research-based Fourth R curriculum.
ANDVSA provides trainings and planning sessions for schools interested in developing a safe schools and healthy relationship promotion plan.
ANDVSA presents or will coordinate presenters for statewide groups interested in learning more about teen dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault prevention.
ANDVSA provides individual, board, or staff consultation to enhance organizational prevention efforts.
Local Prevention Planning Support
Facilitates or assists with local planning processes, provides continued training and support for local prevention coalitions.
Assists with regional adaptations of evidence-based prevention strategies.
Supports online prevention network building for your prevention community.
