    A panel of presenters will discuss challenges and strengths of the unique tasks of safety planning with victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in rural Alaska. The panelists are experts on this topic from around the state: Violet Charles, Executive Director of the Bering Sea Women’s Group in Nome; Mandy O’Neal Cole, Direct Services Manager at AWARE in Juneau; and Michelle DeWitt, former executive director of the Tundra Women’s Coalition in Bethel and current executive director of the Bethel Community Services Foundation.
