Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

by Sacred Circle

Albuquerque, NM Sexual harassment is part of the continuum of sexual violence against women. Unlike other forms of sexual assault/rape, sexual harassment is legally considered a civil rights violation rather than a crime. The effects of sexual harassment are still potentially devastating. This workshop will provide an understanding of the definition and dynamics of sexual harassment. Participants will review examples of policies and procedures to help prevent and eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace. Provision of advocacy for women who are targets of sexual harassment is a special focus of this workshop.Go to the Registration Form
