“Real Tools: Responding to Multi-Abuse Trauma – A Tool Kit to Help Advocates and Community Partners Better
Serve People With Multiple Issues,” by Debi S. Edmund, M.A., LPC and Patricia J. Bland, M.A., CDP, is hot off the press. The project, which was supported by a grant from the Office of Violence Against Women, U.S. Department of Justice, was a three year effort on the part of former ANDVSA Training Project Director Patti Bland and her co-author Debi Edmund. Copies will soon be distributed to member programs and individuals interested in ordering a copy can contact the Network for details. Click here to download a PDF copy of the manual. (Please be aware that this is a very large document and it may take a long time to download.)
Other Real Tools Products
There are two other versions of this manual available. The original 2005 “Real Tools” and the 2008 updated version. The updated version includes expanded information on mental health and trauma issues. Due to the number of requests we receive for the original version, we are including it here for your convenience. These versions are provided in both English and Spanish.
