2018 Candidate Survey

‘See where your local candidates stand on issues of domestic violence and sexual assault’

Alaska leads the nation in reported rates of domestic violence and sexual assault. It is one of our state’s most pervasive and serious problems impacting every community in Alaska.

Our elected officials hold the power to influence changes that can have far-reaching and lasting impacts on families experiencing domestic violence and on survivors of sexual assault. Because these crimes tear apart so many Alaskan lives while impacting all of our communities it is so important for us to know where our candidates stand on these critical issues.

ANDVSA does not endorse candidates. We feel strongly about the need to educate Alaskans about the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault. See below for your candidates response and feel free to reach out to your local candidate for more information on their stance.
