For Survivors

If you are in need of civil legal assistance, please contact the member program in your area and ask to speak to an advocate or legal advocate about ANDVSA’s Legal Program. The ANDVSA Legal Program provides victims of domestic violence and sexual assault with brief advice and direct representation in civil legal cases, including divorce, child custody, protection order, housing, consumer and other civil issues. A list of member programs can be found here. For more information about the legal program, please click here.

For more information about the legal information and referral hotline, please click here. The hotline is a service provided by ANDVSA, which allows survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking to receive basic legal information and referrals from volunteer attorneys over the telephone.
